Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering patterns to extract bonus value at low risk, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a promotion — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited, their account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

3666com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity; bonus abuse; chargebacks or reversal of payment transactions; and any conduct that 3666com deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 3666com will endeavour to notify the Player via their registered email address. During a suspension period, the Player will not be able to log in, place bets, or initiate withdrawals. The account balance will be held securely during the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed, and the balance will be handled in accordance with the findings of the investigation — which may include forfeiture of all or part of the balance where the breach involved fraudulent or prohibited activity.

A Player may voluntarily request closure of their account at any time by contacting the 3666com support team at support@3666com. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Players who have registered for self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools should be aware that self-exclusion is a permanent or time-limited restriction, not a conventional account closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened at the Player's request until the exclusion period expires (for time-limited exclusions) or the Player contacts our responsible gaming team and completes the required cooling-off period (for indefinite exclusions). 3666com takes its self-exclusion commitments seriously and will not reopen a self-excluded account without following the full responsible gaming re-entry protocol.

Upon permanent account closure — whether voluntary, for breach of Terms, or following a completed self-exclusion — 3666com will retain the Player's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
